Message from nahn alsalam olunteer Organization
The organization is keen to ensure that the most vulnerable groups in society play a greater role during conflict, especially women, and the importance of strengthening their role in security and peace in conflicting societies.

Nahn Alsalam Organization’s vision for volunteer work
One of the most important strategies of the organization to achieve the organization’s vision of giving a greater and real role to women in reaching safe spaces, sustainable peace and decision-making is the strategy of involving women in local peace-building committees and strengthening women’s non-violent resistance in order to develop spaces for women’s participation in decision-making and management, while contributing to the management of power with men in local communities, which is positively reflected in their participation in decision-making and reaching peace and security.

- Building the capacity of young people and working with them to develop their skills in volunteer work
- The organization works to support, nurture and develop the capabilities of youth and women.
- Urging youth to establish democratic practice for all youth of both genders within society
